Indus Valley Terracotta Jar with Ibexes and Birds
3RD-2ND MILLENNIUM B.C.
8 1/2 in. (1.1 kg, 22 cm).
With bulbous body and everted rim, the body painted with four geometric panels, two panels with leaping ibexes and two with stylised bird in flight, band of hatched lines below the rim. [No Reserve]
