1000 EITT ÞÚSUND KRÓNUR ÍSLAND, the four traditional protector spirits ("Landvættir") of Iceland. These are Griðungur the bull, Gammur the eagle, Dreki the dragon, and Bergrisi the giant / 874-1974, two vikings looking at fire or stylized geyser. KM 21; Schön 24; SIEG 106.
