Hadrian AR Cistophoric Tetradrachm of Smyrna, Ionia. After AD 128.
HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P, bare head to right / COS III, the two Nemeses standing to right and left, facing one another, each holds out a fold of her dress, the one on the left holds a bridle, the other on the right holds cubit rule. RIC 507; RPC III 1361; Metcalf 32. Near Very Fine. Rare.(10.37gr, 28mm, 6h.).
