A sheet gold and gemstone diadem comprising a narrow gold fillet with ten sheet-gold pendant plaques attached, each formed as a spray of three leaves; the central element a large cabochon setting for a red gemstone flanked by two small translucent orange stones in similar mounts; a hook and eye closure at the fillet's ends.
