CIRCA 3RD CENTURY BC

6 1/4" (Ceramic, 340 grams, 16 cm).

A ceramic Eastern Greek creamware jug with narrow base, globular body, broad funicular neck and round-section handle to the rear; the rim and handle with painted brown band, the body with circumferential orange-brown bands and scroll motifs.

Property of a Lady; acquired before 1975.
