Great Britain. Windsor, Elizabeth II Blank Error One Pound. Dated 2017.
ELIZABETH II D. G. REG . F . D, fifth crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II to right, wearing the George IV State Diadem, with holographic image below and denomination as incuse micro-legend around the edge / ONE POUND, English rose, Welsh leek, Scottish thistle and Northern Irish shamrock emerging from one stem within royal coronet, with the minting year as incuse micro-legend around the rim. For prototype cf. KM 1378. Extremely Fine. Lustrous, extremely rare and exceptional. Apparently unique.(8.57gr, 23mm, 12h.).

This One Pound coin of the new type (issued 2017) has been struck on a metal error blank, rather than on the bi-metallic flan that should have been used; such occurrences are extremely rare.
