2 - 2 1/4 in. (132 grams total, 52-54 mm).
Comprising three scarabs with different decorative motifs on the body, hieroglyphs, including the cartouches of Amenhotep III and Tutankhamun, and other decorative motifs on the underside. [3, No Reserve]

The artists, probably Italian, with extraordinary dedication and sensitivity, created images of a still living Christ, afflicted by suffering. They had paid great attention to detail, with particular care taken over the softly curled hair, tense musculature, and protruding ribs.
