1 1/2" (15 grams, 35mm overall, 24.07mm internal diameter (approximate size British Z+5, USA 15, Europe 35.40, Japan 34)).
A very large round-section hoop with wire collars to each end, ovoid plaque to the underside with inset amethyst cabochon, stepped hexagonal bezel with ovoid cell and inset large amethyst cabochon. Accompanied by an Art Loss Register certificate.
PROVENANCE:
Acquired on the London art market prior to 1980; formerly from the collection of a Mayfair gentleman.
LITERATURE:
Supplied with a positive X-Ray Fluorescence analysis certificate.
