PHOENICIAN GLASS MINIATURE AMPHORA
PHOENICIAN EMPIRE, 1550-300 BC
6" (Glass, 100 grams, 15 cm).

A glass miniature amphora with piriform body, tubular neck and everted rim in alternating red, yellow and black bands; to the body, the bands combed vertically to create a wave effect; the handles added in plain honey-coloured glass.

PROVENANCE:
Property of a Lady; acquired before 1975.
