NEAPOLIO IMPERATOR., laureate head to left; GALLE FECIT. below truncation / TVTELA PRAESENS, Napoléon, in the attire of a Roman Emperor, seated to right, addressed by a turreted and draped female figure representing the City of Paris; behind her, the ship of Paris guided by a genius with eyes fixed on the star of Napoléon in upper central field; PRUDHON DEL and JEUFFROY FEC to left and right on ground line, EPVLVM SOLLEMNE IMPERATORIS IN CVRIA VRBANA•FRIM•A•XIII in three lines in exergue.
