18 5/8 x 12 3/4 in. (1.16 kg, 47.5 x 32.3 cm).
With two servants bringing lidded chafing dishes of food to the crouching male wearing a helmet and cuirass with a shield at his feet; below, an attendant in helmet and riding coat holds the reins of the horse; panels of nastaliq text above and below; mounted in a glazed wooden frame.

Three accompanied by Portable Antiquities Scheme records: a rectangular tag with knops to the side edges and rectangular attachment bar, hook t the opposite end and central quatrefoil design; an example of Read's Class 3 Type c, domed rectangular body with hook to one end and cross-hatching to the centre; a dress hook of Read's Class D Type 6 comprising a trefoil plan with domed plates, scalloping to the circumferences, pellets to the bodies; seven additional fasteners of various types and dates, most with hatching, floral or pellet ornament. 53 grams total, 22-36 mm

The slender band with a convex outer face and inscription in cursive script to the interior: 'Thy vertue is thy honor' followed by maker's mark 'DA' in a rectangular cartouche. 2.20 grams, 17.11 mm overall, 14.60 mm internal diameter (approximate size British G 1/2, USA 3 1/2, Europe 5.55, Japan 5)
Acquired in the early 1990s. Property of a Berkshire, UK, gentleman.
The maker's mark is possibly a Britannia style mark composed of the first two letters of the surname of one Isaac Davenport, active 1696-1731.
