INDIAN, 20TH CENTURY A.D.
14 1/2 x 11 5/8 in. (895 grams, 36.8 x 29.5cm).
Depicting a dense column of men holding shields and banners, standing at the foot of a lavishly-clad elephant carrying three men in a howdah, advancing right, panel of text to left and right; mounted in a reveal and a glazed wooden frame.
