A watercolour showing two figures seated facing in a landscape, beneath a tree, the older male figure reading from a book to the younger, possibly his son, gilt embellishments to their rich clothing and books, signed Nezami bottom left under the seated man; set in a reveal within a glazed wooden frame.

Acquired on the UK art market, 1980s-1990s.
