English Medieval Coins - Henry VII - AV Gold Angel 1495-1498 A.D.

Class III, new type. Obv: St Michael spearing dragon (both feet on dragon) with cross-headed spear and HENRIC DI GRA REX ANGL Z FRAN legend and 'pansy' mintmark. Rev: ship with cross as mast with arms over, 'h' left and rose right with PER CRVC TVA SALVA NOS XPC REDEM legend, and 'pansy' mintmark. 5.07 grams, 28.4 mm.

Very fine.
