Diocletian BI Tetradrachm of Alexandria, Egypt. Dated RY 3 (AD 286/7).
Α Κ Γ ΟΥΑ ΔΙΟΚΛΗΤΙΑΝΟϹ ϹЄΒ, laureate, [draped and cuirassed?] bust to right / Tyche standing facing, head to left, wearing kalathos, holding rudder and cornucopia; [star?] in right field; ЄTOYC Γ (date) around. Cf. RPC X Unassigned ID 75977; cf. Köln 3233; cf. Dattari (Savio) 5760. Very Fine. Dark green patina.(6.33gr, 21mm, 12h.).
