Corinthian Style Aryballos with Human-Headed Bird
20TH CENTURY A.D. OR EARLIER
3 3/4 in. (139 grams total, 95 mm high including stand).
Bulbous-bodied with a short neck, deep rim and strap handle; polychrome roundels to the mouth, spots to the rim and shoulder, black figure harpy with the head of a mature man and body of a bird, wheel motif to the base; accompanied by a display stand. [No Reserve]
