INDIA, CIRCA 18TH-19TH CENTURY A.D.
3 1/4 in. (218 grams, 81 mm).
Kneeling on a rectangular base and holding a gada in his right hand, long tail curving above his head; a small socket at the rear corner of the base, likely for holding a votive candle or incense. [No Reserve]

An important collection of Hindu art formed by the late Jeffery Romer in the 1990s.
