Claudius II Gothicus BI Antoninianus. AD 268-270.
Rome mint; struck AD 268-269. IMP C CLAVDIVS AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust to right / SALVS AVG, Salus standing to left, feeding serpent rising from altar out of patera and holding sceptre. RIC V.1 98; MER-RIC 184 (temporary). Good Very Fine. Original silvering almost fully intact.(2.92gr, 20mm, 5h.).
