Triangular with broad rounded butt; with old inked inscription: 'Colchester Valley'. [No Reserve]

Found Colchester Valley, Essex, UK.
From a very old English collection based on the cabinet patination.
From a collection acquired on the UK art market from various auction houses and collections mostly before 2000.
From an important Cambridgeshire estate; thence by descent.
