Chinese Wei Terracotta Buddha Brick
NORTHERN WEI DYNASTY, 386-534 A.D. OR LATER
12 1/4 in. (4.68 kg, 31 cm).
Buddha seated in a lotus pose on a draped dais in a niche, halo behind him, dressed in voluminous robes and resting his clasped hands on his lap.
