Central Gaul, the Aedui (or Lingones) AR Quinarius. Circa 80-50 BC. Haunte-Marne, capital Andematunum. Kaletedou type.
Helmeted head of 'Roma' to left / Horse galloping to left; [KAΛ]-Δ-O-Y (or similar) around. D&T 3195-6; Scheers, Lyon, 449; de la Tour 8291. Very Fine. Chunky flan, toned silver, bold.(1.95gr, 12mm, 12h.).
