Celts in Lower Danube AR Drachm. 2nd-1st century BC. Imitating Alexander III of Macedon.

Celticized head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress / Celticized Zeus seated to left on low throne, holding long sceptre in his left hand and eagle standing to right with closed wings in his right; in left field, amphora. Dembski 1463-4; Lanz 896; OTA 577/1. Near Very Fine.(2.84gr, 19mm, 11h.).
