Celtic Northeast Gaul. Veliocasses AE Unit. Circa 60-50 BC. Region of Vexin. Boar Wheel type.

Head to right with pointed nose, slitty eye and stalk lips / Boar to left with upturned snout; below, wheel. LT 7333; DT 660; BMC 9-11. Near Very Fine. Clear boar, light brown patina. Scarce, most in museums.(2.28gr, 16mm, 2h.).

    Very Fine. Chipped. Boldly struck in lightly toned silver, with both head and Pegasus well displayed.
