Outline head to right; eye represented as pellet within circle / Outline bull to left; two crescents above. ABC 171; cf. Van Arsdell 129; SCBC 63. Near Very Fine.(1.99gr, 19mm, 3h.).

    Near Extremely Fine. Reverse warrior superbly displayed, clear spear and inscription, all letters visible.

    From Chris Rudd footnote: Verica Cavalry Duo is the only Ancient British coin which shows two cavalrymen, one on each side. Verica must have been proud of his mounted knights. A Scarce type of great historical interest because it shows how military horsemen of this period were equipped.
