12 3/4" (48 grams, 32.5 cm).

A cartonnage fragment from a mummy case depicting the kneeling figure of the goddess Isis with outstretched wings, a solar disc on her head, and holding tall feathers of Truth (ma’at) in each hand; the inscription translated as ‘Words spoken by the Great Goddess Isis’.

PROVENANCE:
Ex Dolman collection, acquired in the 1930s.
