Byzantine Gold Openwork Bracelet Pair
11TH-12TH CENTURY AD
2 1/4" (28 grams total, 53-54mm).
A matched pair of bracelets, each formed as three pelletted bands joined by two openwork bands with continuous loops of filigree; ribbed rectangular plaques forming the hinge closure with separate linchpin. [2]
