(1.22 grams.).

796-805 AD. Tribrach type. Obv: Mercian 'M' at centre with +COENVVL'FREX legend with pellets in upper quadrants of initial cross. Rev: moline voided tribrach with moneyer name +D VD A at Canterbury mint and wedges in angles and after 'A'. About as struck, with slightly ragged edge in one place.
