C. 985-991 AD. BMC type iid. Obv: diademed bust right with AETHELRED REX ANGLO legend. Rev: hand of Providence issuing from clouds, alpha to left and omega to right with legend +AEDERED M-O LVNDO for the moneyer Aethelred at London. 1.30 grams.

Good very fine with irridescent tone.
