A delicate earring with sheet gold repousse swivelling plaque; the upper element a standing winged female, possibly Aphrodite, with well-defined hair, rings to the arms and draped in a loose cloth from the waist; surrounding the legs a U-shaped repousse panel with owls on the top of each post; below, four hollow bulb pendants.

From a Swiss private collection, formed in the 1960s.
