ANGLO-SCANDINAVIAN VIKING BRONZE CROSS-SHAPED STRAP END
10TH CENTURY A.D.
2 3/8 in. (16.2 grams, 61 mm).

With split shank and securing pin, trefoil end with saltire of segmented bands; Thomas's Class H. [No Reserve]

PROVENANCE:
Found near Little Barningham, Norfolk, UK.
From an old private collection of Norfolk, UK, gentleman, formed since 1998.

Accompanied by a copy of the British Museum's Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) report no.NMS-784304.
