Rev: BASILEWS ANTIOXOY legend with Apollo, naked but for drapery over his right thigh, seated left on omphalos, examining an arrow held in his right hand, left hand resting on bow; MAR monogram in outer left field, IHAR monogram in outer right field. Aspendos, Pamphylia mint, posthumous issue, dated year 23. Obv: head of Herakles right, wearing lionskin headdress; Seleukid anchor countermark on cheek. Rev: ALEXANDROY legend with Zeus seated left, right leg drawn back, holding eagle and sceptre; AS over K Γ in left field. 16.22 grams.

A silver coin ingot with sub-circular body. Obv: traces of head of Dionysos right. Rev: three counterstamps: a turtle, letter A above a bucranium, and IM as individual letters or PM (monogram). 19.5 grams.
Marks very fine.
German collection before 2000. Collection of Mr D.H., formed in UK, from the EU art market. Property of a Surrey gentleman.
For the countermarks, A over bucranium is known on a tetradrachm of Alexander III and the turtle is often seen on coins of Pontos, Pamphylia and Thessaly.
