AFRICAN WOODEN STATUE OF TRIBAL ELDER
LATE 19TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY A.D.
11 1/4 in. (649 grams, 28.5 cm).

Modelled in the round as a male noble elder, wearing a garment with hatched detailing around his lower torso, with stylised facial features and scarification detailing to the hair and skin. [No Reserve]
