BMC type v. Obv: facing bust between two stars with +PILLEM REX ANG legend. Rev: indented square over cross botonné with +I[ ]GHI[ ]NORI legend for an uncertain moneyer at Norwich(?) mint. Fine; pierced. Possibly an unrecorded moneyer.

Acquired Stride Auctions, with lot label.
Property of a Kent gentleman.

The reverse legend, as is often seen, is not fully legible but the letters that are visible do not appear to match any of the listed moneyer name variants.
