Victorian Hallmarked Gold Ring

Hallmarked 1840 AD

A plain gold finger ring with hallmarks to the inner face, including the 'Victoria profile bust' duty mark, the 'lion' mark and the 'Gothic e' date letter for 1840 at London Assay Office; a worn maker's mark. 1.17 grams, 18.81mm overall, 16.27mm internal diameter (approximate size British J 1/2, USA 5, Europe 9.32, Japan 9) (3/4"). Fine condition. [No Reserve]
