GANDHARAN STONE BUDDHA HEAD
1ST-3RD CENTURY AD
22 1/2" (43 kg, 57 cm including stand).

A carved head of the Buddha with carefully modelled hair, moustache and earrings; red cabochon urna to the forehead; mounted on a custom-made stand.
