Pre-Viking Silver Double Lunar Pendant

5th-8th century AD

A silver double pendant comprising: large sheet-silver crescent with repoussé detailing of arches, bosses and pellets within a bilinear border; smaller sheet-silver crescent with repoussé pelleted borders and three bosses; wire suspension ring with the ends twisted around the shank. 11 grams, 10cm (4"). Fair condition. [No Reserve]
