A bronze figurine of Hercules, resting after completing the Twelve Labours, standing nude, modelled in the round on a flat 8-shaped base; bearded and with tousled hair, the right fist clenched at the hip, left hand resting on the club with lionskin mantle draped over it.
PROVENANCE:
Property of a Surrey collector; acquired in the UK in the early 1970s.
