Posthumous issue, struck under Seleukos I Nikator, Babylon I mint. Obv: head of Herakles right wearing lionskin headdress. Rev: BASILEWS ALEXANDROY beneath and to right of Zeus seated left, holding eagle and sceptre; MI above bipennis in left field, MTR monogram (with dot in the R) in wreath beneath chair. (17.07 grams.). Very fine.
