Posthumous issue, struck under Seleukos I Nikator, Babylon mint. Obv: head of Herakles right wearing lionskin headdress. Rev: BASILEWS ALEXANDROY beneath and to right of Zeus seated left, holding eagle and sceptre; MI in left field, MTR monogram (with dot in the R) beneath chair. (17.17 grams.). Near extremely fine.
