BMC vx; class 15. Obv: facing bust and sceptre with [ ]RICVS legend. Rev: quadrilateral over cross with [ ]ARD:O[N: ] partial legend for an uncertain moneyer and mint. 0.54 grams. Fine.

The PAS entry suggests possibly a coin of Winchester mint by a moneyer Æthelweard based upon a possible die link with EMC 1020.1577, however this is uncertain; there are several other mints that include moneyer names ending -ARD and further research may be able to assign this coin.
