A large heavy gold penannular neck-ring formed from a square-section bar with flanges to the outer angles, twisted about its own axis; the faces of each flange with punched angled strokes and a band of smaller strokes at the inner edge; the direction of twist reversed about 13 cm from the right finial (as mounted); the finials spatulate, each with three incised tongue-shaped panels; mounted on a display board.
