A gold memento mori ring with reserved skeleton on a black enamelled field; the inner face inscribed with a skull representing 'death' and incised italic text 'is no partyng A.F 1702'.
PROVENANCE:
From the private jewellery collection of a UK gentleman; acquired from a London coin fair in the early 1990s; this lot has been checked against the Interpol Database of stolen works of art and is accompanied by AIAD certificate number no. 10729-175315.
