Egyptian Glass Harpocrates Pendant

Ptolemaic Period, 332-30 BC

A figural glass pendant formed as Harpocrates standing nude, finger to his lips, shoulder-length hair, anatomical detailing to the reverse; suspension loop above; held in a plastic collector's case. 1.32 grams, 31mm (1 1/4"). Fine condition. [No Reserve]

Provenance
From the private collection of a London antiquarian; acquired on the London art market in the 1980s.
