Egyptian Cartonnage Section with Horus and Anubis

Ptolemaic Period, 332-30 BC

A rectangular cartonnage panel section with painted border below, procession of five seated figures each with headdress and shoulder-length mantle, ankh symbol mounted on the raised knee, including goddess Nephthys, falcon-headed Horus and jackal-headed Anubis; resin-backed for stability. 54 grams, 32cm (12 1/2"). Fine condition. [No Reserve]
